It produces a spring carcass to the assembly machine with automatic transfer system from the form of a wire into a spiral shape without human touch.

When the unit is finished, it automatically turns on a new unit. Nodes and wire drive are server controlled.

There is a quality control system at every production step of the spiral.

There is a touch screen system indicated by symbols.

The materials used are products of internationally known brands. For example; Delta, SMC Pneumatic, Panasonic Sensor, Bauer Sensor)

Error warnings are in English and also other languages are possible upon a requested.
