Payment and Delivery Information

  1. Your orders will be sent to you via YURTİÇİ Cargo with cash on delivery option. Alternatively, you can make your payment by Bank Transfer or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to any of our Finansbank, Yapı Kredi bank accounts (in Turkish Lira).

  2. Refund of Order Amount

In the event of cancellation of your orders due to possible reasons, solaje.com will refund the product price to your account within three business days. However, you need to inform our finance authorities with your correct and complete bank account information.

  1. Delivery

We try to deliver the products you have ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the delivery time is 1-5 business days as stated in the product details. If there is a possible delay in delivery, you will be informed.

Please provide the address of the location where you are present during the day as the delivery address for the product to be delivered without any problems.

Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our İZMİR-based company will be sent with YURTİÇİ Cargo company. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the Cargo company within a maximum of 5 (five) business days.

You can consult our customer representative regarding different delivery conditions. In addition, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.

  1. Payment Tracking

If the system cannot perform the transaction for any reason, our visitor is informed about this on the payment page.

In case of any error at the specified address, the person who placed the order is contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

The validity of the email address specified by our visitor is confirmed by the automatic email sent after the order is transferred.

We are responsible for both the customer and the bank we use for the credit card system regarding the delivery.

If you think that the packages you think have been damaged during shipment, please open and check them in front of the authorized person of the company you received them from. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not receive the product by preparing a report to the cargo company.

After the product is received, it is considered that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty.
